Breath guides the practice, anchoring each movement in awareness. Forward fold releases tension from the lower back, as the crown of the head reaches for the earth. In seated meditation, the mind is still, and the breath is the only sound.

WHAT TO BRING

In stillness, the practice of yoga finds its true essence. The mind settles into the present moment, and the body flows effortlessly through the postures. Pratyahara draws the senses inward, allowing for deeper meditation.

  • With each breath, the heart expands into love and compassion for all beings
  • Shavasana brings the ultimate relaxation, releasing all tension from the physical body.
  • With gratitude, the practice ends, but the peace and balance remain.
  • Balance is found in tree pose, with roots deep in the earth and branches stretching toward the divine.
